Our next tour highlight is the Charlottetown Food Walking Tour .

Join us a 3 hour tour that includes a mix of history and food . On the tour you will learn about the history of PEI and Charlottetown just like on our walking tour but also get to taste some of PEI’s best seafood .

Our first food stop is at Peakes Quay for famous P.E.I. mussels . You will also learn about the mussel industry.

Our 2nd stop is at Water Prince Corner Shop to have their famous Lobster Roll and potato salad . Here we will also sample some P.E.I. scallops .

Our last stop will be at Lobster on the Wharf where you can check out the Lobster Pound and learn more about Lobster .

Once we are done in the Lobster pound we will go to the restaurant side to shuck a raw naked oyster and take a shot of island moonshine , you will then become an “honorary Islander “ . At the end of the tour you will also be give an Anne’a Chocolate Bar or similar treat .

We are also happy to say that Allergies can be accommodated but please let us know at the time of booking ! https://tiptotipislandtours.com/book-now/

🚧 TRAVEL ADVISORY: CONFEDERATION BRIDGE RESURFACING 🚧

Resurfacing work is expected to begin in late April and continue through the end of June. During this time, the bridge will remain open to traffic; however, one lane will be in operation within the active construction zone.

Travellers should anticipate delays of approximately 30–60 minutes under normal conditions, with longer delays possible during peak travel periods.

This essential work helps maintain the long-term safety and reliability of this critical connection between Prince Edward Island and the mainland.

We encourage all travellers and industry partners, especially accommodation providers, to share this information with guests and plan accordingly when scheduling travel.

📅 Timeline: Late April – End of June
⏱️ Expected delays: 30–60 minutes (longer at peak times)
🚗 Traffic: Single-lane traffic in work zones, bridge remains open
