We’ll be doing tours for the Chilliwack Mural Festival again this year. Hope to see you there!

The Chilliwack Mural Festival is back from August 14-15 with our annual Street Party, as well as workshops and tours on August 16!

Explore new murals, enjoy local live music, take a tour, attend a workshop, and celebrate art in the heart of downtown.

🔹 The free, all-ages Street Party will be held in Central Community Park & District 1881.

Central Community Park will feature the Sasquatch Stage presented by Dogwood Monarch Lions, our popular Graffiti Wall, mural cube, community art, an Art Market, food trucks, and the Sidekick Brewing Bevi Garden.

District 1881 will feature the Thunderbird Stage presented by Algra Bros, District 1881, and The Chilliwack Progress, live art, and is the meeting point for mural tours.

It was an honour and a privilege to meet and chat with artist as he returned to Chilliwack to restore and subtly updated his well-loved "Use Your Voice" mural. Thank you Kevin!

Thanks to our tour guests, we're proud to have donated $500 towards the purchase and application of a sealant to help protect this mural for all to enjoy for years to come.

We're hosting a special fundraising tour on Sunday May 10. Proceeds from the tour will go to the Arts Council and the Chilliwack Mural Festival to pay for a protective coating to be applied on the soon-to-be repaired mural of Inez by artist .

We’re taking a “Busman’s Holiday” in Kamloops by doing a mural tour with two staff from the CAP team at the Kamloops Central BIA. It was the very first tour done by the young man in the red shirt.

Great to compare and contrast the murals of our two similarly sized cities. Some of the Kamloops murals have been there for 20 years already.

The Travel Media Association of Canada conference is in Vancouver this week. We were pleased to take a group of travel writers from across Canada on a mural tour in District 1881 and part of the Nowell Street Neighbourhood as they spent some time in The Fraser Valley on a pre-conference tour.

Thanks for the great picture of Fio Silva's beautiful mural in District 1881.

A walking tour with local guide Michael Berger was a great way to discover the stories behind the artists and their murals in downtown Chilliwack.

The rain held off for most of yesterday's District 1881 tour with and we were able to share the beauty of the district alongside the incredible murals. Thanks to tour leader Sel and the many members of the Surrey Trekkers Volkssport club for inviting us to be a part of their Mystery Walking Tour.

Wow...another award nomination! The Chilliwack Chamber of Commerce's Business Excellence Awards have long been the pinnacle for recognizing businesses and non-profits in Chilliwack, and we are honoured to have been nominated as "New Business of the Year". It goes to a business which has demonstrated outstanding success, innovation, and entrepreneurialism in this new venture.
