It was a fun afternoon hosting a tour about Chilliwack's history and Chinatown North in Downtown Chilliwack and the today on a tour for Heritage Chilliwack. We saw historic buildings, old trees, and talked about Chinatown North and the contributions of early Chinese settlers to Chilliwack.

This fun group from Coquitlam and Vancouver took the bus to Chilliwack to take part in our "Canadian Art & Artists" mural tour today. As part of the tour, we also stopped at the new Heritage Chilliwack plaques that describe Chilliwack's Chinatown North history.

Before we ended the tour in District 1881, we sent them along with a number of restaurant and shopping recommendations, and they planned on ending their visit to town with a stop at the .

They were surprised and delighted with all that Downtown Chilliwack had to offer and are already making plans to return to discover more.
