Travel agents, who needs them? Have a look at this Top 10 reasons to use a travel agent, and think about #11 (or in my mind #1). You don't have a credit card, or you only have 1 for emergencies - makes online bookings pretty tough. I can make the payment, establish a deposit or credit account for you with your destination.
