The extrication of an injured recreationlist at a remote campsite on Clearwater lake was completed without incident.

The full-day tour to rainbow falls is a 7hr day. We leave at 10:30am going up both Clearwater and Azure lakes. We arrive at rainbow falls beach at around Noon, doing a short 600 meter walk through old growth interior rainforest to a viewpoint for rainbow falls. Then eating lunch on the beach after the walk. This leaves us two hours to do whatever you want at the beach. Canoes are there for your enjoyment, swimming is always a good idea in this heat. And the fishing is always good at rainbow falls. We leave the beach at 4pm and return to home base by 5:30pm. It seems like a huge day but it never feels like enough time at rainbow falls. Come up for a trip, you won’t regret it.

Air quality has been amazing up here on Clearwater and Azure lakes. Come and escape the heat on these beautiful glacial fed lakes. Canoe/ kayak rentals are available as well as motors boat tours to the beautiful Rainbow falls.

The Osprey Cafe is located at the south end of Clearwater lake. It is a 68km drive from Clearwater and 20km of that drive is dirt road. Everything we make is from scratch so come on up and get some good eats. From breakfast to dinner, we got you covered.

Clearwater Lake Tours brick oven pizza has been getting the attention of some locals. Nothing but blue sky’s and smiles up here. We sell pizza by the slice during the day and full pizzas at dinner time. If you happen to catch us on a real slow day you might get a full pizza in the afternoon, but no promises once peak season hits.

A good start to a great season today. Had a water taxi to Rainbow Falls this afternoon and the weather was amazing
