Bill Leslie is a world renowned river guide who works between Canada, the United States, and New Zealand. He has been trained by the best in the industry in each of these locations in swift water rescue and first aid. Bill has used the Ottawa River as his home base for nearly a decade working most summer seasons as a whitewater river guide running kayaks, rafts, and rescue zodiacs. Bill also compe

tes on the Canadian National Raft team. When not on the river you can typically find Bill climbing rocks and riding motorcycles. His passion is adventure let him share it with you. Adventure Activities to choose from are

Initiation is one of my favorite rapids to Oar. Its a Narrow steep rapid with a tight line and a smooth finish.

Dropping into Initiation rapid always gets me excited. So does catching fish at the bottom of it.

Awesome Trip - Highly Recommended!

Wife purchased this trip for me as a Father's Day gift, and I'd highly recommend Ottawa River Adventures for anyone.

My daughter (11) & I headed out early on a gorgeous July morning - and the day was fun, memorable and exciting. I learned a tremendous amount about the wildlife, trees, currents, the river, history and so on. Caught pike, walleye, catfish, and a bunch of bass. My daughter had a fantastic time.

The rafting tour was exciting, but we felt 100% safe at all times. Bill clearly has made his passion his vocation - and it was a great experience to hang out with him. Charming, fun and extraordinarily passionate and knowledgeable.

I'm looking forward to my next trip already.

We will go back year after year!

This trip exceeded my expectations! It’s been the most fun adventure I’ve ever had in Canada. You get a perfect amount of fishing and rafting all while enjoying such beauty of the Ottawa River. Bill is so knowledgeable and made the trip so memorable! You definitely feel like you are in the best hands and very safe while he guides you through! He caters the whole trip to your liking so you can’t go wrong with Bill! We are already planning our next trip!
