Its true that there is no bad weather, only bad clothing choices. However, a girl gets hella tired of hail and rain day after day. From a scouting mission with my Queen G here, to rescheduling lessons, to prepping and packing for an upcoming multi day, to canceling Club runs with Cochrane Paddlers , the weather has given a heck of a ride!

I hope all you fellow Adventurers have still being finding things to do despite the delayed summer.

Consider taking your parents, your grandparents, your kiddos, your friends, out of province visitors, your team, or just yourself down the friendly and picturesque Bow River this summer.

From Ghost Dam to Cochrane we enjoy some fun splashes, an island lunch stop, and wide open landscapes. Swimming, easy rapids, river games, and maybe some cliff jumping are all on the days' itinerary.

If anyone sees a black waterproof fanny pack (Jaylife13 brand) at the parking lot along the road at the Jack Tennant Bridge, please let me know 🫠😭
