It is a 640 sq ft space with 1 bedroom, queen bed, and 1 bathroom. If you need an extra sleeping space we are happy to provide a twin mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped for staying in for a meal although you are close enough to restaurants if you would rather. Feel free to take in a walk along the ocean, it is about 3 blocks away, or stay in for a fire at the small pit in the back yard. We are also about 45 minutes from Mt. Washington, with it's skiing and biking. Cable, TV and Wifi are all available. Blackbird cottage has A/C in the Summer and an efficient heating system for the Winter to keep you comfortable.
