❤️👠 A powerful day for an important cause!

Today’s Walk a Mile in HER Shoes parade in St. Catharines was such a wonderful reminder of what allyship looks like. It was so inspiring to see so many men stepping up, putting on their heels and standing alongside women and anyone experiencing domestic and gender-based violence.

The reality is heartbreaking: in Ontario, 8 in 10 people who experience intimate partner violence are women and girls. Worldwide, nearly 1 in 3 women, an estimated 840 million have experienced physical or sexual violence in their lifetime. 💔

These are more than statistics. They represent real people, families and lives forever changed.

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, volunteered and showed their support for Gillian's Place and its vital work helping survivors find safety, support and hope.

Ending domestic violence takes all of us. Speaking up, standing together and being an ally matters. 💜

✨Moving Together, Flowing for a Cause ✨

There are evenings that stay with you long after the sun goes down, and last week was definitely one of them.

We gathered on the mat for an unforgettable sunset yoga session in support of colorectal cancer awareness, benefiting the Circle Back Foundation.

With the breathtaking backdrop of the setting sun in Crystal Beach, Ebb & Flow Yoga Studio brought us together for a practice that was as challenging as it was beautiful.

Led by the incredible Yoga Access By Rosie, the energy was electric.

A massive shoutout to everyone who pushed their limits, especially those who stayed strong through the full 108 sun salutations! 🧘‍♀️🔥

While the practice was tough, the best part was easily the community. Moving as one, breathing together, and supporting a cause that touches so many lives made every single breath meaningful.

A huge thank you to Sarah Randall for organizing such a seamless, powerful event, and to everyone who showed up to show their support.

Together, we made waves! 💙
