Experience Comox Valley The Comox Valley is the traditional territory of the Puntledge, E’iksan and K’ómoks peoples. Today the three tribes are known as the K’ómoks First Nation.

We are a multi-purpose information centre that is one of a kind on Vancouver Island. We provide much more than a comfortable place to stop and relax, between destinations. Enjoy our outdoor space, where children can play, explore and see a real Snowbird Tudor plane. We have a fantastic exhibit hall displaying what the Comox Valley has to offer. We have free Wifi ('Public' network - no password req

🌲 Disc golf is one of the favourite ways for locals and visitors to get outside. What makes it extra special in the Comox Valley? Every course doubles as a forest walk right in or near town. Visit the Comox Valley Disc Golf Club to explore courses and upcoming events. 🥏

June is National Indigenous History Month, an opportunity to deepen your understanding of the people, cultures, and histories that have shaped this place since time immemorial.

The Comox Valley is the traditional territory of the Puntledge, E’iksan and K’ómoks peoples. Today, the three tribes are known as the K’ómoks First Nation. Comox, Courtenay and Cumberland are the three main communities that make up the Valley, stretching from mountains to sea.

On June 20, join the National Indigenous Peoples Day celebration hosted by the K'ómoks First Nation in collaboration with regional cultural and community partners. Visit https://komoks.ca/nipd-2026/ for event details and updates.
