Mobile Visitor Centre: NAR Park >> right beside the Cairn 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

📍 Improvements are coming to the Alaska Highway Commemorative Cairn in NAR Park!

As one of the most photographed landmarks along the Alaska Highway, the Cairn and surrounding area welcome visitors from around the world every year. Upcoming upgrades will help improve accessibility, refresh surrounding features, and enhance the overall visitor experience.

Following the rebuild and refresh of the iconic “You Are Now Entering the World Famous Alaska Highway” sign in 2025, work will now continue around the cairn area itself with updated surfaces, landscaping, and signage enhancements.

We’re excited to continue investing in this iconic Mile 0 destination and appreciate everyone’s patience as improvements get underway. 💙
