🚨EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY🚨

I will no longer be posting identifiable images of children on my photography pages, signed release or not.

In the United States the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing AI-generated CSAM depicting “fictional” children can be constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.

If laws aren’t going to adequately protect children from people using AI can do with their images, then I feel a responsibility to do my part to protect them.

The safety of children and my clients will always come before my business.

A new species for me in this area!!

There has been a few short-eared owls hunting along the highways in the mornings on both the manitoba and saskatchewan side! Keep an eye out for these medium-sized owls during dawn and dusk when they are most active! (Aka: crepuscular species - species who are most active at dawn and dusk)
