The New Year has finally arrived 🥳! After 2021 full of twists and turns, it's time to take a look back...but we'd rather stay in the moment! We would like to take this time to congratulate each of you for having made it through this year, for all the success you have experienced during these crazy times, and for all the courage and resilience you have shown.

It's time for our Christmas cookie recipe! (for 6 persons)
🍪 1 egg
🍪 85g Sugar
🍪 85g Butter
🍪 150g Flour
🍪 100g Chocolate chips
🍪 1 bag Vanilla sugar
🍪 1 teaspoon baking powder
🍪 1 teaspoon salt

Step 1: In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar. Add the egg and the vanilla sugar.
Step 2: Slowly add the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Step 3: Ground a baking sheet or cover it with a silicone sheet. Using two tablespoons or just your hands, form dough balls, spacing them out as they will spread when baked.
Step 4: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 360°F. Remove as soon as the edges start to get brown.
