There are tours of many, many kinds in Europe, but South America has a beauty that's all it's own as well!
For those with an adventurous spirit, here is a 10 day jaunt called 'Costa Rica Escape with Tortuguero'.
Beginning and ending exploring San Jose, Costa Rica, and heading to an area reachable only by air or water, you'll explore Tortuguero National Park. There you'll visit a sea turtle conservancy, cruise canals in search of creatures that stalk, slither or soar and make your way towards Arenal, where the hanging bridges stretch to heart-stirring heights through the rainforest canopy, and the depths of the earth deliver lava trails to follow. See Arenal Volcano, and then explore the wild places where pumas and jaguars prowl, while keeping your eyes to the skies in search of butterflies, monkeys and macaws in the Monteverde Cloud Forest. How awesome would that be?

Many dates for next year are sold out, but I have availability from September 17-26, 2025 at a cost of $2109 per person, based on double occupancy.

I'm back!

Home safe and sound from my Alaskan conference at sea where I joined a crew of over 300 travel consultants, supplier partners and head office staff to network and soak up as much info as possible!
Many might not realize, but these business trips come at a cost for me. I spend both money and time to seize opportunities like this because I believe in understanding the products and collaborating closely with our suppliers. It is also essential to stay updated on the latest travel offerings and to establish personal connections with the people I communicate with via email everyday, especially when extra support might be needed. The travel industry evolves rapidly, and attending conferences like these is indispensable for staying informed. I was happy to be in attendance.

Sea days were work days, but ports in beautiful Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan called for fun, so my Mom & I found a bit of that too!
