It was an absolutely fantastic trip, relaxing deserted beautiful beaches, snorkelling, rafting, zip lining a fabulous home stay in the lake district at Hideaway and 3 days spent with orphanage children at the Pan American Health Services http://www.panamhealth.org/ which was rewarding for us all.
