Can you believe it's been 15 years since the Galloway Station Museum, Travel Centre & Archives reopened? (And about 45 years since the original museum opened to the public?)
That's decades of welcoming visitors, sharing local stories and artifacts, hosting community events and rentals and creating new memories.
Now the Edson & District Historical Society wants to know what our community thinks the next 15 (or so) years look like.
Please take a few minutes to complete our community survey and help shape the future of the Galloway Station Museum.
Everyone who participates can enter for a chance to win a $100 Sobey's gift card.
Printed copies of the survey will also be available at the museum and at other locations around the community.
We’ll wrap up the survey with a public open house on November 23, 2026.

Come on down to the Galloway Station Museum, Travel Centre & Archives parking lot for the Community Parking Lot Garage Sale happening today until 4pm!

There are tables with homemade goods, including fresh Elephant Ears, vintage and collectable toys, homemade pens and bags, and even some historic items like Civil Defence Stretchers.

The weather may not look great today, but the forecast is looking promising for the weekend. The event will move inside the Galloway Station Museum, Travel Centre & Archives if it is raining. Cost is $10 per table, call 780-723-5696 or email [email protected] if you would like to book a table.
