🌽 💦 The Rural Romp ride is ON this Saturday, September 28th! Register for the Rural Romp Ride today before it is too late. 35km and 85km self-guided routes exploring the farms and river culture of the Upper Grand River and Forks of the Credit, registration closes at 11.59pm on Sept 25th.
Join us on Saturday for self-guided cycling routes that take you along the quiet rural roads and headwaters farms of Wellington County. The sublime autumn “water cycles” routes feature stops from the Rural Romp with highlights including the water buffalos and live music at Majestic Water Buffalo , the butter tarts and sandwiches at Belwood Country Market .country.market along Belwood Lake, and an after party (tacos and brews) hosted by Everdale Farm near Erin.
Options to start/finish in Belwood (where a number of us will start) or Everdale Farm, where Water Cycles is hosting the after-party, starting at approximately 5pm. Registered riders will receive a ride packet on September 26th with turn-by-turn instructions, a GPS file for your phone, and some highlights along the way. Those who decide to stay for the after party can enjoy tacos (pulled pork, vegan, gluten free options), some side dishes from featured farms, and beer or cider.
