I cleared by backlog of deer photos :-)

Look who else was hanging out with the sandhill cranes. I have about 15 daytime pictures but not 1 of the full bear.

Sandhill Crane.

Not everyone's favourite bird. This camera is setup for the Otters. It is on a large flat stone. Last year the Otters came several time and rolled around in front of the camera.

The Moose would not cross the Beaver Dam but the Deer had no problems.

Yesterday I hit 700 followers — and since 7 is my favourite number, that feels extra special. Thank you so much for your support.. Because of you, I’ve even received cameras from and . These both have superior video, so hoping I can present you without outstanding videos.

Please continue to share my posts, my page, and my content. I’m truly grateful. Feeling Blessed.

AND finally. I try to limit myself to 2 post per day. BUT lately ... things have been on the move. Lots more interesting stuff queued up to show you.

A crazy beaver wandering around in the dark. The video captured by my new camera -- the sound quality and night video quality are impressive.

My favourite feature is it comes with a 7800mAh rechargeable battery. If you run multiple trail cameras, you know how big a deal batteries are. Being able to recharge at home or pair it with a GardePro solar panel is a total game changer.

Any questions about any trail cameras, message me anytime.

Double post today. Can you see the canine?

A photographer explained to me that the pictures is blurry because of the branch sticking up in the middle. This link is the same log with critters in focus.

The camera is like this because it is at a beaver pond. In the winter I had this camera pointing out over the ice. So all I did was turn the camera once the ice melted.

Chickadee demanding that I feed it. I am busy with a camera and it is about 1 foot from my head-hollering at me. Look at how it flutters it's wings. Anything to get my attention.

Moose starts to cross the Beaver Dam but changes it mind.

This is a very long beaver dam and I have to cross it. It is still tricky as the water is high.

🐢 It’s TURTLE Time — Please Watch for Them on the Roads.

This is the time of year when turtles are on the move. Please keep an eye out for them while driving.

I always carry gloves and a large piece of cardboard or an old blanket in my car. If you see a turtle on the road, move it in the direction it’s already heading.

Snapping turtles can be tricky to handle. Please see video. Never pick a snapping turtle up by the tail — it can seriously injure them.

If you find an injured turtle in Ontario, call 705‑741‑5000. If you are really really stuck message me.

Snapping turtles may seem common in rural areas, but they take a long time to reach maturity to reproduce — often 8–20 years in northern regions. Losing even a few large adults has a major impact on the population.

AND lastly, in Ontario every species of Turtle is protected by law.
