Nicole Smith Conflict Management Nicole Smith Conflict Management | Postive, Compasionate Conflict Management Is workplace conflict slowing productivity and negatively impacting your team?

Nicole Smith Conflict Management will get to the root of the problem by giving you the tools you need to rebuild a healthy workplace atmosphere. From a young age, Nicole has had a unique ability to connect with people while gaining their trust. She grew up in Nashwaak Bridge, New-Brunswick, a small, close-knit, caring community. She learned social dynamics and the benefits of working through confl

icts instead of avoiding them. Nicole left her hometown and went to the Philippines to pursue her dreams of working for human rights. While visiting the country’s Indigenous communities, she learned the importance of understanding community culture and remaining respectful to their values and customs. After a year in the Philippines, she returned to Canada, where she earned her master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria. She then joined the government of Canada, traveling with a negotiation team tasked with negotiating with Indigenous communities in The Northwest Territories. Nicole has brought her experience and skills back to her home province. She has applied her knowledge and expertise for over 10 years and continues to conduct complex evaluations within workplaces with a goal of reaching high levels of understanding and resolution. Nicole Smith Conflict Management provides the following services:
- Informal Conflict Management (Coaching and Mediation)
- Workplace Assessments
- Investigations
- Training
