Strategic planning is a critical process for any organization, serving as a foundation for defining its major directional goals. While we update our annual goals more frequently, this process allows for deeper engagement and analysis, and occurs once every 5 years or so. Strategic planning is integral in guiding decision-making across various aspects, including finances, programs, staffing, and resource allocation. By participating in strategic planning, you can help inform the priorities of the Gabriola Chamber into 2030.

Public Survey is open to Chamber Members, Interest Holders, and Residents of Area B. It will be available online only from
June 6 - 16th.
Chamber Members are invited to an additionl in-person working session on July 4th.
