🎉 Birthdays are meant to be celebrated — but 80th birthdays? They deserve something extra special.

This week, I had the absolute pleasure of booking 25 staterooms aboard the stunning Celebrity Beyond for a family celebrating one special 80th birthday next July.

Helping families turn once-in-a-lifetime moments into lasting memories is truly the best part of what I do.

Thinking of celebrating a milestone in a big way? Let’s chat.

When someone says “May the 4th be with you” do you have the urge to say “and also with you”?

Just me? 😂

Happy Star Wars Day!

One of the most common ways Canadians with celiac disease get accidentally glutened while travelling?
👉 OATS.

If you’ve been navigating this diagnosis for a while, you probably know the oat conversation has changed a lot over the years. In Canada, oats aren’t automatically considered gluten free — due to the high risk of cross-contact during processing, they must be specially tested and labelled gluten free.

But here’s the catch: that’s not the standard in the U.S., Mexico, or the Caribbean.

In many destinations, products labeled “gluten free” may still contain regular, non-purity protocol oats. And unfortunately, oats often don’t get flagged by chefs or staff unless you specifically ask.

💡 My tip? Always ask about oats — even if the item is labelled gluten free. It’s one of the sneakiest sources of gluten outside of Canada.

Have you ever run into this while traveling? Drop your experience below ⬇️ — it helps others in the group too.

Last night I stayed in a cabin at Fort Wilderness—such a great option for longer stays or families of five (yes, there are bunk beds!).

This resort is HUGE. There is an internal bus system but golf carts make this an incredibly fun experience if you’re looking to do more than just the parks.

We’re in EPCOT today and then off to cover something EPIC later this week!

Actual thoughts while at Magic Kingdom 💭⬇️

“Coffee, but not on Main Street”

“I haven’t tried that corn mouse dessert thing yet, I’m going to do that today.”

“Wait time for Space Mountain is 60 min - let’s see what it is actually.”

“I want to lay eyes on the Wish Book so I can tell clients about it”

“Oh that’s a good little parade spot, going to try that out later”

“What are all these stuffed animal head souvenirs - is this the new hot souvenir? *writes note in phone*”

I’m very fortunate that I get to visit multiple Disney Destinations every year, and one thing is for sure—I don’t take it for granted.

Each trip brings new experiences, new strategies, new hidden gems, and a whole lot of steps to fit it all in.

✨ Why do I do it? I get to bring that knowledge back to help you have a smoother, more magical vacation. ✨

Whether you’re ready to book your next trip or just enjoy following along, thank you for being here!

Being back on the Disney Wish has really put into perspective just HOW MUCH there is to do onboard: character meet and greets, lounges, adult-only areas, trivia, mixology courses, the spa, oh and the food! It’s impossible to do it all in one trip. But I’m going to try!

Don’t forget to follow along in my stories this week to see it all happen!
