WE’RE BACK — SEPTEMBER 1ST!

We’re excited to share some good news: We will be back and fully operational as of Sept 1st!

The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District has rescinded parts of the Evacuation Order and Evacuation Alert affecting areas around Carpenter Lake, Tyaughton Lake, Downton Lake, Gold Bridge, Gun Lake and surrounding areas.

After a temporary pause due to the Bonanza Creek wildfire and the evacuation order affecting the area, we’re thrilled to welcome guests back and get back to doing what we love.

We’re incredibly grateful to the firefighters, emergency crews, local authorities, residents, businesses and everyone who has worked tirelessly throughout this situation.

Now, we’re looking forward to getting back out there with you - exploring the mountains, sharing the lakes and making more unforgettable adventures in the South Chilcotin. 🏔️

The dream team is officially dialed in.

The Tyax Adventures crew got together this past weekend for our annual staff training, and the energy for the upcoming season is unreal.

We covered all the essentials to make sure this summer is as safe as it is epic, from floatplane safety and backcountry operations, to fueling up with a great team meal, and rounding it out with a classic staff ride!
