Good news for those hoping to get to Yuquot (Friendly Cove) this September!

September 12th was originally scheduled to be our final trip of the season, but we’ve just confirmed two additional Saturday sailings:

• September 19th
• September 26th

That means two more opportunities to make the trip out to Yuquot (Friendly Cove) before the season wraps up.

And they’re off to Kyuquot!

The Uchuck left Gold River this morning with passengers aboard and is officially back to doing what she does best.

It was a busy couple of days getting everything ready, and it feels pretty great to see her heading up the coast again.

She made it home!

Just before midnight last night, the Uchuck pulled into Gold River after her trip up from Victoria.

Today will be a busy one for the crew getting everything cleaned, stocked and ready because we’re heading to Kyuquot Thursday morning with passengers aboard!

A sunrise worth sharing!

One of our deckhands, Nate, sent us this photo from aboard the Uchuck III early this morning. She departed Victoria and is officially making her way home to Gold River.

After a long summer away, it feels pretty darn good to finally say she’s on her way HOME!!

Do you SEA what I SEA?

The Uchuck is back in the water!

It has been a long summer, but we are very happy to finally be sharing this update. There are still a few things to finish up before she makes her way home, but at this point we are feeling confident that Thursday’s sailing will be a go.

If you are booked to sail with us this week, please, please keep an eye on your inbox. Our reservations superstar, Julie, will be reaching out with updates and everything you need to know as plans are finalized.

We’re not quite at the finish line yet, but after a long summer away, it sure feels good to see her back in the water.

Another little Uchuck update!

We’re still waiting to be able to give you the update we know everyone is waiting for, but we are getting closer!

We know it’s been a long summer without the Uchuck, and we can’t thank everyone enough for being so patient with us. We’re just as ready as you are to see her coming around the corner and back home in Gold River.

Just popping in with a little Uchuck update 🚢

We’re still waiting, but we’re hopeful we’ll have some good news to share with you all soon. We know it’s been a long wait, and we really appreciate everyone who’s been checking in, sending kind words, and patiently hanging in there with us.

If you have an upcoming reservation, please keep an eye on your inbox. Our reservations superstar, Julie, will be reaching out as soon as we have more information to share about upcoming sailings.

In the meantime, we’re looking forward to the day we can finally welcome her home. It’s been a long few months without her, and we’re more than ready to see her back at the dock where she belongs.

Uchuck III Update 🚢

Well, this isn’t the update we were hoping to share today.

We’ve been informed that Uchuck III will not be going back into the water as planned for today, so we’re still waiting on the next update from our team at the shipyard.

As soon as we know more, we’ll let you know. If you have a reservation booked in the coming weeks, please keep an eye on your email. Our reservations superstar, Julie, will be reaching out directly if your booking is affected.

We know everyone is eager to have her back, and believe us, we are too. Thank you for sticking with us while the work is being completed. We really do appreciate everyone’s patience and support.
