COSMEDIC INK IS HIRING — 2 EXPERIENCED LASH & BROW TECHNICIANS
We’re expanding our Lash & Brow Bar and looking for two established professionals to join Cosmedic Ink in Winnipeg.
This is not an entry-level opportunity.
We’re looking for technicians with:
• Professional Lash & Brow experience
• An active existing book of paying clients
• Strong technical work and a current portfolio
• Proven client retention and rebooking ability
• Confidence with social media and content
• A strong customer-service and business-development mindset
The opportunity:
• Part-time employee position
• Approximately 2 consistent days/week to start
• $18/hour starting wage
• 10% performance commission once the established monthly production threshold is achieved
• Gratuities additional
• Potential for additional clinic days as the department grows

High-performing technicians may possibly be considered after approximately 90 days for company-supported SharpLight advanced aesthetics training, creating potential opportunities to expand into laser and light-based services.

Availability for our September 17 Open House is strongly preferred.
