Their perspectives highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovative housing solutions, and community partnerships in addressing some of the most pressing challenges facing our region.

Features that were considered premium upgrades at the time included double stainless steel sinks, copper plumbing, ceramic tile, paved roads, and even a door chime. Today, many of those items are simply expected!

It’s always fascinating to see how much the real estate market has changed over the decades. While home prices have certainly evolved, one thing remains the same: people are looking for a place to call home and build their future.

Today’s adventure was a 7:00 am walk on a trail I never new existed. Absolutely with the early start!

May 22nd race recap:
Started out the night great. Len Sterritt went out for practice sessions car was running great. Come in from practice shut the car down an waited for qualifying to start, went to start the car for qualifying an we lost our fan switch. Thanks to mark Lynsey Lamont for the help with getting the fan going to get Len out on the track for qualifying. Len then proceeded to go out and run a 23.138 second lap (fastest he has gone in the car) which then qualified him to start 8th in the feature but after the dice roll he started 4th. Had a good clean run in the feature come home with a solid 8th place finish . We also need to thank Eric Martin for coming out an helping us for the night.
Thank you to a fellow driver Kyle Neumeister for the loan of a toggle switch for the rest of the night after ours decided it was done.
