Located in a field that still has a hay crop taken from it yearly, Meadowview Acres fronts the Bay of Fundy to the south, with a view of the Cobequid Hills to the north. Cellphone coverage is available except for Roger's and Eastlink customers - they have no available signal in the area. Wifi is available tin Meadowview Cottage. We do provide DVD players and complimentary DVD movies...and we take requests. CTV is the one TV channel available, via rabbit-ear antennas - reception is variable. We also provide outside tables and chairs, gas BBQs, and a selection of games and books. You are welcome to have bonfires on the beach, minding any restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Natural Resources. At this time, there is a small fire pit/appliance at the Meadowview Cottage. There is no fire pit at the Tidalview Cottage or Marshview Cottage, but you're only steps away from beach where you can make a fire. Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only. NO open flames of any sort are permitted in the cottages
Pets and/or children may NOT be left in the cottages at any time without adult supervision. Meadowview Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage located on our property about 650 metres back from the shore. The rental of this cottage is based on an occupancy of 4 persons, making it the perfect choice for couples travelling together, or for a family on vacation. Meadowview Cottage contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed in the large bedroom, a set of bunk beds in the smaller bedroom, and a fold-out double-size sofa bed in the living area. With its own dedicated driveway, Meadow Cottage offers a lot of privacy, bounded as it is by trees to the west and north with a great view south over our hay meadow. From this cottage, you have full access to the beach by walking or driving down our private laneway to the shore. Tidalview Cottage is a 1-bedroom cottage located right by the Bay of Fundy shore. The rental of this cottage is based on an occupancy of 2 persons, making it the perfect choice for a vacationing couple or single person. Tidalview Cottage contains 1 double bed in the single bedroom and a fold-out double-size sofa bed in the living area. So, this cottage can accommodate 2 additional guests (see fees below). Near to the shore, Tidalview Cottage is only steps away from the beach and offers a lot of privacy. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the ebb and flow of the world's highest tides. Marshview Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage located right by the Bay of Fundy shore. The rental of this cottage is based on an occupancy of 4 persons, making it the perfect choice for a vacationing family. Marshview Cottage contains 1 double bed in each of the two bedrooms and a fold-out double-size sofa bed in the living area. Near to the shore, Marshview Cottage is only steps away from the beach and offers a lot of privacy. We also provide space for off-grid camping. This would be of interest to those with self-contained trailers and RVs. We have 4 seasonal spots, and other spaces are available for overnight or weekend stays. Our cottages rent for a minimum of 1 week. Please do not ask us for nightly or weekend rates, because we do not offer them. Rental Fees:

In each cottage, additional guests can be accommodated by paying a surcharge or $50 per person per week. Pets may be accommodated. There is a surcharge of $15 per pet per week. Shortly after you have booked a stay in one of our cottages, we ask that you submit approximately 25% of the rental fee in advance to confirm your registration. At check-in, you will pay the remaining 75% fee. We also require a security deposit over and above the rental fee. This security deposit fee is refundable a few days after check-out. We are a very small enterprise. Our cottages are a combination of new, old, antique, and re-purposed furnishings. We provide clean and enjoyable spaces to vacationers at a reasonable cost.
