One night at Ste. Anne's Spa and I am SO relaxed! I got to enjoy all my favourite things - downtime with Karen Connelly, Ste. Anne's Signature Facial, delicious farm-fresh dinner and dessert (SO much dessert!), a rejuvenating eucalyptus steam-room. To top it all off, one kid-free night with a glass of wine and a friend - AWESOME! 💜💜💜

So we took one week in Iceland and we tried to see everything - and trust me - that was a crazy plan. The mountains are are more beautiful than I could have imagined, there were so many waterfalls we just could not stop at them all, and the hot springs ranged from pure luxury to semi-derelict, but utterly beautiful. Yes, we sure did have this family's best adventure yet!

A whole lot of relaxing and pure luxury at Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain with hot and cold pools, eucalyptus sauna and massage. Especially loved the outdoor spa experience - relaxing around the outdoor cedar firepit with wind howling in the trees made for awesome girl-time with Karen Connelly.

Trip to Ripley's Aquarium of Canada with my teens for fantastic photo-ops and learning about our precious oceans. We came home with photos of everything, and SO much to talk about :-)

Only excuse for looking down in the Dangerous Lagoon Ripley's Aquarium of Canada?? If you're recording a time-lapse video of those scary sharks, and if your camera is panning from the ground ... and yes - my teens are on it! 😀
