Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates were targeted. One main requirement for this category is having at least 1 year of skilled Canadian work experience in the last 3 years (TEER 0, 1, 2 or 3).
The goal of these invitations is to help Canada attract skilled workers who will fill the void in the country's workforce.
This year, the Canadian government plans to conduct targeted invitations to candidates in the following occupational groups;
✅Healthcare & Social Workers
✅Education such as school teachers and early childhood educators
✅Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) professions
✅trades, such as cooks, carpenters, plumbers and contractors
✅Agriculture and agri-food
Preference will also be given to candidates who have
French language skills of NCLC 7 & above.
Also, In-Canada applicants will be given more consideration.
Having a Canadian permanent residence status allows a person to live and work permanently in Canada without the need for visa renewals or applications. They also get government health care coverage and social care benefits from the first day they enter Canada.
