I love all feedback - the good, the bad and the ugly! I can't be everywhere all the time (wouldn't that be nice?!) so this is how I improve my services over time. Now I know for next time to prioritize shorter layovers for these clients, I love getting to know each person's travel needs.

I’ve been to dozens of small European cities, but this one is my all-time favourite 🤍 🎄
