A close personal friend of mine posted the message below on their page. Someone who perhaps does not feel the love and or appreciation of how much people actually care about them.

I am passing on her post so that I can support her and make her not feel like she is all alone. Maybe you can do this for someone you care about to.

I think I know who my 2 best friends will be but here goes nothing. Because this means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my friends less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.

The glamourization of in movies and television plays in the manipulatory belief that you can be controlled by however, the truth is, you can not. Judgement from other's because of this missunderstanding can stop people from seeking as a tool to help them reach their goals. This video helps you understand the misgivings of those judgements.

Some times we find ourselves where we are not in a position of power. Our personal commitments, and responsibilities in life prevent us from taking the actions in life that we need to in order to continue to develop our self-confidence and give our lives meaning. We find ourselves sometimes focusing on what is not working for us. Those things that are holding us back and creating the negative feelings that prevent us from being able to move forward. I was lucky enough today for someone to put their complete and total trust in me and share one of these moments in their life with me. When we find ourselves in fear of being judged by others. Or not meeting the expectations of those people that are in a position of power, or authority in our lives this can cause us to experience extreme amounts of stress and anxiety. This can lead to us sacrificing our own core values. We can end up loosing ourselves by trying to meet what we think are the expectations of others and find ourselves trapped in trying to become what someone else thinks we should be. Sometimes though, we do need to grow as an individual and step outside of our comfort zone and become a better version of ourselves. Especially if it is coming from a mentor who really does want you to be the very best you can be. Having the ability to recognize these opportunities to change ourselves and focus only on the best outcomes for all parties is an important life skill we all should strive to develop. Being able to recognize these opportunities is very difficult in the real world when most people are choosing to do only what is best for them. Especially if it is of benefit to them to make you look bad so they get ahead. But as long as you choose to focus on what gives the greatest benefit to everyone with out sacrificing your core values you can't go wrong. Even if the other people don't see it right away they also find out in the end.
