FYI….phone answering system has been out of commission for 8 days. we have made 8 calls to customer service for ONtera and have had 8 different people giving 8 different responses. The level of frustration is immense. Please keep trying to get us. Apologies, we are still here. Email opimikacottages .com. Thanks.
