It’s been a journey, to say the least. 🌱

A few years ago, my body was breaking down from stress, menopause, and years of not treating it the way it deserved. I could barely walk up my back stairs. My cholesterol was up, my sugars were up, I wasn’t sleeping, and the aches and pains made even daily life a struggle.

I made a choice to change. I went vegan (8 months). I started supporting my body with more whole foods, added a complete protein shake, and 28 months ago I said yes to the Juice Plus whole food capsules.

Since then, my body has been healing itself. 🙌
✨ My spine fused where it was rubbing.
✨ My aches and pains are gone.
✨ I sleep again.
✨ My energy is back.

Today, I can go camping with my grandchildren, play golf, dance, garden, and truly enjoy life without pain. I’m still amazed at how far I’ve come.
