Two days, dirty hands, and a problem solved for good.
When spring flooding pushed water through the floor, it didn’t just damage a house, it disrupted a home. We worked alongside Kevin and his crew from Grubb & Gutscher Basement Boss to make sure it never happens again - additional perforated tile, a fourth sump pump, a system built to last.
My son Jude came out and lent a hand. Good work, good people. The water problem is behind them, now we get to bring their home back to life.
That’s why we do what we do.

Poplar harvested from our own property, then milled, processed, and finished in-house for this project.

Straight rip. Jointed edge. Table saw to size. Belt sanded. Relief cut. Final finish.

Patching the old pine and laying the first coat in this heritage log cabin. The character was always there.

150 years of history. Hidden under layers of wear, but never gone.
This heritage log cabin had original floors that most would have written off. We didn’t. We came in, read what the wood was telling us, got them sanded down and edged clean, and let the story that was already there do the talking.
