Headed south to Fredericton this morning with a couple buddies to try for some sturgeon, and we managed to put over a dozen fish in the boat in a few hours including a few solid ones in the 35–38” range.

Sturgeon was a new species for all of us in the boat, so it was great being able to tap into some local knowledge and fine-tune the game plan before hitting the water. A big thanks to minnowtackleshop and a few local guides who shared some insight on the fishery and helped point us in the right direction.

It’s always cool seeing how strong the fishing community is here in New Brunswick. No matter how much time you spend on the water, there’s always something to learn when you’re targeting a new species.

9°C this morning , pretty sure that’s our first single-digit morning of the year. Starting to get that late-summer feeling in the air.

Another great morning on the water! Looking forward to getting back out this afternoon

Spent the morning chasing largemouth bass with some good company. None of them had ever caught a largemouth before, and by the end of the morning all three had checked it off the list! 🤘

Always pretty cool getting to watch someone catch a new species for the first time.

Good fishing, lots of laughs and another beautiful morning on the water here in New Brunswick. Hard to beat days like this! 🎣
