Piper and I hiked Mont Larose today in Montcalm Qc! One of my favourites, the parking was full when we arrived on this beautiful Sunday.

Didn't complete the trail, had to run back home for work! We will be back soon though 🏞🌸

I've been getting outside, but keeping pretty quiet recently.

I've been going through a few big life changes, and although it's been tough, I have so many good friends in my corner showing me I'm better off 🙏

Pipey and I have been outside almost every day, with the warm weather finally sticking around I think this will be an amazing season.

Lot's of plans in the making! And much to come for me❤️‍🔥

Started at 6.15 and we got back to the car around 7.30 after a good 5.2km hike! It was chilly with the wind but I did end up sweating by halfway through, I think I wore a layer too much.

Piper had a great time pulling me up and down the hills, but we practiced her slow command for hills which she did really well with, since she can be a bit of a tugger!

Been getting pretty good at the double leash! Not tangling up as much as before at least 😂🤦‍♀️

We've been taking every opportunity to get out and enjoy the warm weather before we get another little cold front. I'm hoping it's the last one before spring!

Snowshoeing between the rain yesterday ❄️🐾
Foggy, mild, and empty. Beattie Lake closed early due to the weather, so we switched plans and explored a family friend’s property instead. Quiet trails, happy dogs, and a reminder that flexibility is part of winter adventuring.
