This is the sound of sadness. 3 blown fuses and a quilt only 1/3 of the way finished. I have been soooo, sew, sew lucky with my APQS. It sounds so quiet in the studio today. The beautiful hum as the stitches sing is music to my ears. I feel lost.

I had the pleasure of hanging out with Carmen from she was sew gracious with her time. I can’t wait to play with her gridded product a little more than I have.

I brought my sewing room with with me on my adventures of babysitting. (Watching my sister’s kids). I found this project notebook so naturally I needed to make a cover for it. Trust yourself and just make sh*t up till it works. AND…you can sew anywhere. I’m avoiding the binding I brought with me to do, this is the perfect way to avoid it.

Do you ever stare at your work and think…crap 1 side looks better than the other? I think I might stitch rip out one side. It’s bugging me sooo much. Can you tell the difference? Should I or shouldn’t I? That is the question.
