Feel free to enjoy the trails with your dog, listening to the birds and watching the squirrels. Relax in the peaceful, quiet yard that is a mix of sun and shade in the day or sit by the fire at the firepit in the evening or enjoy a meal or board games in the large
screened-in porch any time of the day. In the winter, this property connects to the Ontario Snowmobile Trail for convenient riding. The 3 bed, 2 bath house boasts a timber frame large screened in porch with a harvest table that seats 8 and lit with Edison bulb string lights. Sleep soundly in the primary bedroom has a new king bed and the 2 secondary bedrooms each have new single over double bunk beds. Relax in the vaulted pine living room and enjoy the unlimited Starlink WIFI and the 55” 4KUHD TV with Netflix or play one of the many assorted board games with family or friends. Guests cannot use the indoor fireplace. Pets are welcome but please clean up any messes made by your pet from the lawn, driveway and walkways. Any messes in the woods are fine. Also, no pets on the furniture or beds please. BBQ, propane and electric griddle provided. You will have access to the entire home and woods. Guests do not have access to the storage garage and maple syrup operation buildings. Less than 10 minutes to Richards Landing or Hilton Beach for swimming, boating, meals, groceries, bank or hospital. A local hardware store with gas station also within a 10 minute drive. Joseph Island has many excellent walking trails, beaches and scenic drives. In the summer, be sure to check out Fort St. Joseph National Historic Site and the St. Joesph Island Museum and many local community activities.
