Ronnie Campbell of Bohuntin, Scotland passed away yesterday at a care home in Fort William at the age of 90 years . Ronnie was first and foremost a treasured and loved member of the Bohuntin Campbell family and a valued citizen in his local community. He was a proud crofter(farmer) , historian , genealogist , environmentalist , raconteur and aspiring politician . I could go on . He was a friend of mine and a friend to many across the world particularly those who had Lochaber ancestors. He was as clannish as you could get and very proud of his Gaelic heritage . Thanks for the memories Ronald Joseph Campbell.
