We’re excited to invite the wonderful community and guests of Myers Cave Resort to a peaceful and rejuvenating yoga session by the beach every Sunday morning!

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, come unwind with us in the serene setting of the beach, guided by the amazing , expert yoga instructor. It’s the perfect way to start your day with a calming stretch, grounding breathwork, and a beautiful view.

This session is completely FREE, and all are welcome, no experience necessary!

Please bring your comfortable clothes, and an open heart.
