How our 20% hosting fee works:

The 20% is calculated from your net profit (NOT REVENUE)
If guests pay $4200 and your take home is $3700 the hosting % fee is calculated from $3700 not $4200.

We have heard of companies taking their % from the revenue before cleaning fees and platform fees. That is absurd. I built this business with the intention that I want to be the company I’d personally hire to host my properties.
