🔦 VENDOR SPOTLIGHT 🔦

Meet Jane from Tidal Treasures by Jane! 🌊🐚 A first-year vendor at the Matiowski Farmers' Market, Jane creates beautiful jewelry and artwork inspired by the natural treasures found along shorelines and beaches.

Her collection features sea glass, beach tile, and seashell jewelry, as well as nature-inspired ornaments and artwork. Jane's personal favourites are her simple sea glass jewelry pieces and her driftwood art, created using materials collected along her cottage shoreline. Each piece captures a little bit of the beauty and character of life by the water.

Jane would also like to give a shoutout to her table neighbour, Stella Apothecary and her eco-friendly, pure-ingredient skincare products.

🔦 VENDOR SPOTLIGHT: CREOLE EATS 🔦

A familiar face at the market for the past three years, Meriam of Creole Eats brings the vibrant flavours of the Caribbean to our community every week. Her booth features delicious ready-to-go meals with vegan, vegetarian, and meat options, alongside a tempting selection of baked goods and treats, including cookies, cinnamon buns, dessert loaves, and other sweet favourites. Many of her specialties are inspired by the flavours and traditions of St. Lucia, making every visit a unique culinary experience.

This year, Creole Eats has also introduced sea moss products to the cooler, and next week Meriam is excited to launch a brand-new sea moss cheesecake. When asked about her favourite products, she couldn't choose just one! While the mango sea moss and cinnamon buns are among the standouts, she believes all of her offerings are fresh, delicious, and made with something for everyone in mind.

For this week's vendor shoutout, Creole Eats would like to shout out Cornell Farms and their meat products.

For the past seven years, Lana’s Kitchen has been serving up homemade baked goods and sweet treats at the market. Visitors can find a delicious variety of goodies at her booth, including chocolate chip cookies, imperial cookies, decorated sugar cookies, butter tarts, and more

When asked about her favourite product, Lana chose her chocolate chip cookies, while her famous imperial cookies remain the top seller among customers.
