We are closed for the 2024 season, but we'r using the downtime to add a second bathroom off of the master bedroom. The cottage know has two full baths.

We’re getting a lot of bookings for the 2023 season. We open mid-June and close in mid-October. We do still have some vacancies, especially later in the season. Thank you to everyone who is “liked” this page!

Unfortunately, last night (July 18, 2020) we had a very bad experience with a group of "adults" who rented the cottage for two nights. Being 2000 kilometers from PEI, I didn't relish receiving a text from my neighbor about what these "adults" were up to. To answer your unspoken question, yes, there was damage, but it could have been worse. This is the only time in ten seasons of operation this has happened.

So, I'm instituting a policy change. Effective immediately, we are only accepting bookings from families. Would I consider, say, a retired couple? Yes. But generally, it's families only from here on out.

The "Atlantic Travel Bubble" is cleared to launch July 3! As of then, residents of PEI, NB, NS, and NL, can travel between the provinces without having to self-isolate. At Last! One party from Fredericton, NB, that cancelled has already re-booked. Please check the calendar on our website for open dates. Remember, we are maintaining our off-season rate.

Due to the financial burden imposed on Maritimers by the pandemic, we will maintain our off-season rate of $184.99/night + HST for the remainder of this rental season (The rate would normally increase on July 1). Also, while other businesses are imposing a "COVID-19" surcharge, we are not and will not.
