Ian had the great privilege of judging at the All Canadian Wine Championships. The ACWC was hosted by Tanya Sammut, GM of Colchester Ridge Estate Winery. It was 3 days of tasting up to 120 wines per day, palate fatigue is a thing.
Congratulations to all winners 🥳🥂🥳🍷🥳
ACWC judges were hosted by several wineries in Essex County, part of the VQA region Lake Erie North Shore.

Game-day snacks for my husband, Todd Gill, who played nineteen years in the NHL, were my famous chocolate chip cookies. Over the years, I made small batches for birthdays, team parties, charity events and more. But still, it wasn't fulfilling my dreams of one day owning my own bakery shop.
My gourmet cookies are crafted in small batches and baked fresh every morning at our sweet little cookie shop. Each delicious bite inspired by our family's favourite flavours and our love of the game. I hope you find joy gifting and indulging in our sweet treats.
