Last week I checked into the Melia Punta Cana Beach Resort—and it did not disappoint. 🌴✨

This 5-star adults-only retreat is the perfect mix of wellness and indulgence. Some of my personal highlights:
🧘‍♀️ Morning yoga by the beach
🥤 A refreshing juice bar
💃 Dancing in the lobby every night—it transforms into a mini party with live music and cava!
🍽️ An impressive variety of food - the selection was mind blowing especially at breakfast but I kept it healthy most mornings!
💆‍♀️ Plus, tons of wellness activities to help balance it all out.

A quick note on sargassum:
As with many spots in the Caribbean right now, seaweed is affecting some beaches. But don’t let that stop you from booking—there are great ways to plan around it, and I’m happy to share tips!
