Every spring, and especially during maple syrup season, Don is always remembered. He would have been very proud to see what his sons and family have continued on, still tapping the same trees that he did.

“If your ancestors for generations have made syrup, you look forward to making syrup as each spring arrives.” April 10th, 1965

Our 2026 crop is hitting the shelves!

With the spring like temperatures we’ve had the past couple weeks we have been busy collecting sap and boiling it down to pure maple syrup.

It’s that time of the year 🍁

We are excited to announce our hours of operation for the 2026 season:

February 13th, 14th, 15th & 16th
February 21st & 22nd
February 28th & March 1st
March 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th
March 12th, 13th, 14th & 15th
March Break 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st & 22nd
March 26th, 27th, 28th & 29th
April 3rd & 4th

We are open from 9am-3pm during these dates. Please note, meals are served until 2:30pm.

Wagon rides are only available on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as Family Day Monday and during March break.

We are excited to welcome everyone back to the farm for another sweet season.
