My first experience solo cruising was unbelievable and better than I expected. Although I have booked clients on solo cruises, this was my first! I had the perfect balance of meeting some amazing people who quickly became friends and my quiet alone time when I needed it.

Why you should book a solo cruise with

💌 In your cabin when you arrive there will be a letter inviting you to the first solo meet up prior to sail away. This is where you will meet other solo travelers.

🍲 Each night of the cruise you can can choose to eat dinner with people in the solo group or on your own. A certain amount of tables are reserved at each specialty restaurant (no charge) for 35 people in the solo group. The few times I tried this option I never had an issue going to the restaurant of my choice.

✔️ Each morning the solo group has a meeting point to go over the different activities of the day offered on board. I only attended this once to see what it was about and chat with more solo guests.

🍕So many great options of food that are included if you prefer to eat alone in the Galley (not a buffet 😉) order a yummy pizza or dining at the famous steakhouse called the Wake. All are possible alone or with others.

🌊Relax on your balcony alone in the unique hammock only found on Virgin!

Everyone that Cruises knows about hidden ducks. While sitting eating my breakfast on Resilient Lady and taking in the views of Ocho Rios, Jamaica after 10 minutes I finally spot it!! Great hiding spot! 🛳🦆
