👀 Look who we spotted this past weekend!

The Leduc Art Club’s 'Plein Air Paint Out-Come Paint Alberta' brought artists outdoors to capture Leduc from their own unique perspectives, turning everyday places into works of art.

We had the chance to chat with a few of the painters, see their work taking shape, and enjoy a little creative inspiration along the way. There’s something pretty special about seeing our community through an artist’s eyes.

A big shoutout to the Leduc Art Club and the Leduc Arts Foundry for bringing creativity, connection and community together through this event!

🐎 The 97th Running of the Canadian Derby is almost here, and if you’ve been thinking “maybe we’ll go…” this is your sign to stop thinking and grab your tickets.

On Saturday, head to Century Mile Racetrack and Casino for an afternoon of high-speed racing, big energy, fashion, and entertainment.

Tickets are still available, but don’t wait until Saturday. Some options are limited and already sold out.

🍯 We loved getting out into the community for Alberta Open Farm Days and seeing so many people discovering the farms, makers, producers, and experiences right here in the Leduc Region.

What a weekend at Telford Lake! 🐉☀️

The YEG Dragon Boat Festival brought plenty of energy, excitement and community spirit to the shores of the lake, and our community showed up to cheer them on!

With teams racing across the water, spectators enjoying the action, and sunshine making an already beautiful setting even better, Telford Lake was the perfect place to host a weekend like this.

It’s pretty special seeing one of our local places come alive with an event that brings people together from near and far.

A big shoutout to all the paddlers, volunteers, organizers, supporters and everyone who came out to enjoy the festival. Thanks for making it such a memorable weekend in the Leduc Region!

We’ll happily take more weekends like this. 🙌
