🌾 It’s Ontario Agriculture Week! 🥕🍎

From October 5–11, we’re celebrating the farmers, growers, producers and families who help put fresh, locally grown food on tables across Ontario.

Here in Middlesex County, harvest season is a pretty great time to appreciate what’s growing right around us. From pumpkins and crisp apples to fresh vegetables, local meats and other farm-made products, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the bounty of the season.

And behind every farm stand, field and market are the people who make it happen. ❤️ Take a moment to get to know some of the familiar faces behind Middlesex County’s farms and agricultural businesses, and support the local producers who help make our communities and our food culture so special.

This Ontario Agriculture Week, shop local, visit a farm, pick up something fresh and meet the people behind your food.

🌱 Celebrate local. Eat local. Support local.
