Security Deposit
$500 security deposit due 24 hours before check-in (Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out)

60/30 day policy
• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in
• 50% refund (minus $75 service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
