It's been a wonderful 2025 season at LWT! There are many people to thank but, right now, a special shout-out to the Province of Nova Scotia. Through a provincial accessibility program, we were able to obtain a voice-activated listening system this season. That system ensured people with hearing challenges, and large groups, could fully enjoy our walking tours. These devices made a huge difference on multiple occasions and were greatly appreciated by guests!

We're pleased to work in partnership with the Department of Community, Culture, Tourism and Heritage to develop and promote our cultural resources for all Nova Scotians and visitors to our UNESCO town.

🎉BIG SHOUT OUT TO LUNENBURG!🎉

What a fantastic season! ​Our little town hosted thousands of folks from around the world this year.​ Visitors were treated to open arms and the warmest Lunenburg welcome. A BIG shout​ out to everyone in town, including tourism providers​, cultural groups and businesses that delivered such​ memorable experiences for our guests. (It’s true - East Coast hospitality can’t be beat!)

​We especially want to thank the incredible guests who joined us on our walking tours.🤗We​ heard over and over how much you LOVED Lunenburg and how you plan to return​ because, well, there is so much to see and do!! Following the Fisher’s Memorial Service TOMORROW, Sunday, September 7th, those who attend are invited to join us at 4:00pm for a Memorial Mug Up under the event tent. Enjoy refreshments, light food, and a chance to gather and connect with one another.
