We are looking to hire a student, cleaner, and a kayaker for the summer! No, you won’t make a lot of money but the work isn’t that hard and we have a lot of fun doing it.
— Experienced kayaker. This position is casual on-call basis only to help with our 2-3 hour guided tours in Green Bay. $35/hour.
Job duties include providing or assisting with the 2-3 hour guided kayak tours based out of Green Bay. The tours are booked in advance so you’ll have a few days notice to meet at our kayak location for a specific time. This is definitely not a living wage as the majority of our customers do not book tours however it would be great for an avid kayaker looking to meet new people, stay in shape and have a few extra dollars in your pocket. Your own travel to and from Green Bay is necessary for this position.
— Airbnb cottage cleaner. This position is casual part-time to assist with the cleaning of our floating cottage. $25/hour.
Job duties include accompanying me in a motor boat to clean the floating cottage just outside the town of Lunenburg approximately 3-4 days a week from Noon-2pm. Extra pay included if you’re able to wash and dry the bedding/towels once a week, but not necessary for the position. This is definitely not a living wage as it’s only a handful of hours a week however it would be great as a summer job for high school/university students in town for the warm months. Attention to detail, punctuality and ability to clean thoroughly is necessary. Transportation to and from the cottage is possible if it’s someone local.
